Welcome to Lift Me Up Staging! By booking our stage rental services or using our website (liftmeupstaging.com), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are designed to protect both our clients and our company, ensuring safe, reliable, and professional event experiences.
The price presented is the base price for a standard stage setup. It does not include add-ons such as sound system, lighting, trip charge, etc.
- Services Provided
Lift Me Up Staging offers stage rentals, delivery, setup, and breakdown services.
Optional add-ons (lighting, sound, décor) may be available upon request.
All services are subject to availability and confirmed only upon receipt of deposit. - Booking & Payment
Reservations require a possibly non-refundable deposit to secure your date.
Full payment must be completed prior to delivery and setup.
Accepted payment methods: credit card, debit card, ACH transfer, or approved business check.
Cancellation Policy:
More than 14 days before event: refund of balance paid (deposit non-refundable).
Less than 14 days before event: no refunds. - Client Responsibilities
Ensure safe and proper use of rented equipment.
Provide clear access for delivery, setup, and breakdown.
Comply with all safety guidelines provided by Lift Me Up Staging.
Assume responsibility for damages caused by negligence or misuse. - Company Responsibilities
Deliver and set up equipment as agreed.
Maintain equipment in safe, working condition.
Reserve the right to refuse unsafe setups or venues. - Liability & Insurance
Lift Me Up Staging is not liable for accidents, injuries, or damages beyond our control.
Clients are encouraged to carry event insurance covering liability and property damage.
Weather-related cancellations are not the responsibility of Lift Me Up Staging unless otherwise agreed in writing. - Force Majeure
Lift Me Up Staging shall not be held liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions. - Intellectual Property
All branding, logos, and marketing materials of Lift Me Up Staging are protected.
Clients may not use company imagery or trademarks without prior written consent. - Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Okaloosa County, Florida. - Changes to Terms
Lift Me Up Staging reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updates will be posted on liftmeupstaging.com and are effective immediately upon posting.
